Cathie Chen

Cathie Chen is an FDA Regulatory associate at Perkins Coie LLP. Cathie assists FDA- and USDA-regulated companies at all levels of the supply chain navigate complex state, federal, and global regulations and achieve their business goals, with a focus on food and beverage, packaging, and food technology matters, among other areas. While in law school, Cathie served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Jonathan Biran at the Supreme Court of Maryland and the Honorable Jason Park of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Cathie earned her JD from The George Washington Law School and her bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University.

Adrian Lee

Adrian is an antitrust associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. During law school, Adrian served as President of NAPALSA and President of GW APALSA. He also served as a Student Liaison for AEF and a law clerk for NAPABA.

Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, Adrian worked prior to law school as a paralegal at Credit Karma and Gunderson Dettmer.

Annica Mattus

Annica Mae Mattus is an Associate Attorney at Lee/Shoemaker PLLC where she represents design professionals in the construction industry. Previously, she clerked for the Honorable Brian F. Holeman and the Honorable Jennifer M. Anderson at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. While in law school, Annica Mae was the Managing Editor for the National Security Law Brief and represented human trafficking and family court clients through the Gender Justice Clinic (formerly the Women and the Law Clinic). Annica Mae earned her JD from the American University Washington College of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington.

Noah Rosenberg

Noah is an attorney-advisor at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration. He received his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal on Emerging Technologies. He is serving in his personal capacity, and his service on the board is not an endorsement of AEF by the Department of Homeland Security.
